Due to the nature of our services (booking teams, preparing customized decor, and supplier coordination), our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Our services include:
•booking execution time slots and team scheduling

•coordinating suppliers (flowers/sweets/lighting, etc.)
Therefore, refunds differ from ready-made products.

2) Order modifications
Customers may request modifications (theme colors/details) subject to:
•feasibility and item availability
•possible price difference based on requested changes
We recommend requesting changes early.

3) Cancellations before execution
Customers may cancel according to the following timeline:
A) 7+ days before the event
Refund with 10% deduction (administrative / booking fee)
B) 3–6 days before the event
Refund with 30% deduction (team booking & preparations)
C) 48–72 hours before the event
Refund with 50% deduction
D) Less than 48 hours before the event
No refund due to locked execution scheduling and preparations.

4) Urgent execution (48 hours)
Any order including:
“48-hour urgent execution”
is non-refundable and non-cancellable once confirmed.

5) Special add-ons (flowers/sweets/photography…)
Add-ons such as:
•natural flowers
•sweets/hosting table
•photography/video
•customized items (name/logo/acrylic signage)
may be non-refundable after supplier ordering or preparation begins.

6) Venue access / customer delay
If execution is affected due to:
•no access permission
•venue restrictions
•major delays
•incorrect location details
Floral Joy may:
•complete partial setup based on available time
•or reschedule with additional fees
This does not qualify for refund.

7) Exceptional refunds
Full/partial refund applies only if:
•execution failure is caused by Floral Joy
•service was not delivered as agreed

Approved refunds are processed to the same payment method within:
5–14 business days (depending on payment provider/banks).
